A tired ten apartment student occupied residential investment block, purchased in 2016 for £1.425m, generating £90,000 per annum. Light refurbishment undertaken and now let out at £130,000 per annum. Detailed planning consent secured for conversion into sixteen high end residential units with a GDV of £3.5m. Construction to commence Summer 2022.
Windsor, Victoria Street
A town centre mixed use commercial property site assembled, purchased for cash between 2017 and 2019 for £990,000. Comprising A2 shop premises, first floor apartment and rear garages. Detailed planning consent secured for a comprehensive redevelopment into B1 office premises, first and second floor apartments and detached town house, with a GDV of £3m. Construction commenced October 2019. Completion Summer 2020.

Anton Gorslar BSC (Hons) MRICS (Invesment)
Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992, having previously worked for stalwart international surveyors such as Healey & Baker(Cushman & Wakefield) and Hillier Parker (CBRE), Anton has enjoyed a long standing, varied and rewarding career, encompassing Principal roles in a multi office Estate Agency Group, Chartered Surveying Practice and Property Investment Company, all mixed in with being co-founder and long standing Director of the internationally renowned cocktail group, Funkin. The passion for property however, is the glue and with his wealth of experience, Anton took flight and established Madbird in 2016
Andrew Baird (Development)
With a career spanning 30 years in the construction industry and SMSTS qualified, Andrew is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategy and accountability for the efficiency, quality and operational performance of our construction sites. He has an In depth knowledge of construction and house building, and the relevant legislative requirements for essential areas such as Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Building Regulations etc.
Ewa Wysocka (Management)
Having spent a number of years in the hospitality industry, honing her personable people skills, Ewa is responsible for the day to day running of all things Property Management, including the accounting and collecting of Rents, Tenant issues, move ins/move outs and the like. She prides herself on maximising value, through proactive management, devising creative solutions in order to enhance and protect our investments.
Rafal Kranska (Maintenance)
Having spent nearly 10 years at Wycombe Wanderers as Head of Maintenance, Rafal has now gone up a division, keeping our Tenants safe and happy and our properties in excellent habitable condition. Responsible for the efficient day-to-day repairs and organising our routine maintenance programme.
